Effective October 14, 2026 · v1.1
Terms of Service
October 14, 2026: Closetbook is now called CLZT and lives at clzt.app (closetbook.app forwards there); our contact addresses moved to @clzt.app. Nothing else in this document changed.
In plain words: CLZT is a wardrobe you photograph once, an outfit and packing planner that dresses your days from it, and a place to share looks, follow creators and lend pieces to friends. You must be 13 or older. Your photos and posts stay yours; you give us only the permission we need to store them, run the features you use, and show them to the people you choose. The AI suggests, you decide: check the weather, check the outfit, pack your own bag. Shop links on shared pages can earn a commission, for the person who shared and sometimes for us, and they are labelled. If you lend a jacket to a friend, that is between the two of you. Disputes with us are settled by individual arbitration in Florida unless you opt out within 30 days; people in the EU, UK and Switzerland keep their local courts and rights.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a contract between you and CAMMY LLC, a Florida limited liability company ("we," "us"), 1738 SW 57th Ave, Unit # A505, Miami, FL 33155, USA. CLZT is a product of CAMMY LLC, and "CLZT" in these Terms refers to that product. Contact: [email protected].
They govern the website and web app at clzt.app (including its www form and our preview address capsule-3rt.pages.dev), any CLZT mobile application we later release (the "App"), public pages we serve for looks, trips and creator profiles, and any related services (together, the "Service"). By using the Service, including as a guest without an account or as a visitor to a shared page, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy, Community Guidelines and Copyright Policy, which are part of these Terms. Creators who take part in the payout programme also agree to the Creator and Payout Terms.
1. Who may use the Service
- You must be at least 13 years old. If you live in a country that sets a higher age for agreeing to online services on your own (16 in much of the European Union), you must be that age, or have a parent or guardian agree to these Terms for you.
- If you are under 18, you may use CLZT only with a parent or guardian's permission. Some parts are for adults only: the creator payout programme, buying placements, and anything else that involves money. Accounts that gave an age range of 13–17 are kept out of every aggregate report we produce (Privacy Policy, section 5).
- You must not have been suspended or removed from the Service before.
When you create an account you confirm your age, and we keep a record of the version of these Terms you accepted and when. Lying about your age is a violation of these Terms. If we learn that someone under 13 has an account, we delete it and its data.
2. What CLZT is, and isn't
CLZT lets you photograph the clothes you own, tag them, plan trips and everyday outfits from them, keep a packing list, log what you wore, keep an inspiration shelf, share looks and trips as public pages, follow creators, and lend and borrow pieces within a circle of friends. Some of it is done by software we call "the AI": models that read a photo to suggest tags, write outfit ideas, turn a description of a trip into days, and match a photo to products sold online.
- Suggestions are suggestions. Outfits, tags, packing lists, weather, "where to buy" matches, prices and stock levels can be wrong, out of date or unsuitable. They are produced automatically, are not checked by a person, and are not advice. You, not we, are responsible for what you do with them. You decide what to wear and what to pack; check the forecast and the airline's rules yourself. Suggestions are not unique: other people may get the same or similar outfits, and no one owns an outfit the AI proposed. We are not responsible for a cold evening, a missed dress code, a bag over the weight limit, or a product that turned out to be a different size, colour or price than the page said.
- Weather and places come from third parties (Open-Meteo for forecasts and past weather, OpenStreetMap for city names and shops nearby). We do not control them and do not promise they are accurate or available.
- The Service is new and changes often. We may add, change, pause or remove features, designs and limits at any time. Where a change removes something you rely on, we try to say so in the Service first and you can always download your data (section 11).
- Free, with paid extras. The core of CLZT is free. Placements (section 8) cost money, and we may add a paid plan later. We will always say what costs what before you pay.
3. Accounts and family closets
No guests. CLZT needs an account. There is no guest mode: you either make an account or you don't use the Service, apart from viewing shared pages and public creator pages, which need no account.
Accounts. An account needs an email address and either a password or the six-digit code we email you. You may hold one account. Keep your sign-in details to yourself: anything done through your account is treated as done by you, and you must tell us at [email protected] if you think someone else has access. You may not sell, rent or transfer an account.
Family closets. (Planned; described here so the Terms are ready when it ships.) One account may hold several closets: your own, closets for other adults in your household, and closets for children. The account holder is responsible for everything in every closet on the account, including the content and the loans made from it. A child closet is the account holder's own data about their child: it never has a login, a public page or a post, it is never counted in any report, and it is deleted with the account. The account holder can download or delete a child closet at any time, and a child closet can never be handed over. A closet for another adult may be handed over to that person's own account; nothing moves until they accept, and after acceptance the closet is theirs and your access is whatever they allow. By handing a closet over you confirm the person is who you say and that the contents are theirs to take.
4. Your content and the licence you give us
"Your Content" means the photos, videos, captions, notes, tags, prices, links, looks, trips, posts, poll answers and anything else you put into the Service.
You keep ownership. Nothing here transfers your rights to us.
The licence we need. So that CLZT can work, you grant CAMMY LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable (to the service providers who host and process the Service for us) licence to store, copy, technically modify (resize, crop, cut out a background, compress, generate a preview image), analyse (including with the AI models described in the Privacy Policy) and display Your Content for the purposes of operating, securing, improving and providing the Service to you and to the people you choose, namely:
- showing it back to you, on every device you sign in on;
- showing it to your circle, your followers or the public, according to the visibility you set on each piece, post or account;
- rendering the public pages you publish (a shared look, a "what I packed" trip, a creator page, a shared packing list), including the preview image and text that messaging apps and social networks fetch when you or someone else shares the link;
- producing aggregate statistics that identify no one (Privacy Policy, section 5);
- keeping the Service safe: moderation, fraud checks, legal compliance.
What the licence does not cover. We do not sell Your Content, your wardrobe photos or your closet to anyone. We will not use Your Content in advertising, marketing, press or app-store material without asking you first, in writing, each time. We do not use Your Content to train AI models, and our AI providers are barred from doing so under our contracts with them.
Ends when you delete. The licence to an item of Your Content ends when you delete it or your account, except that (a) aggregate statistics already derived from it survive, (b) copies held in caches, backups and in messaging previews that other people already fetched may take a short time to clear (backups within 30 days), (c) where Your Content sits in another person's records because you shared it with them, such as a loan record, a borrowed piece in a friend's trip, or a post of theirs that tagged your piece, it stays there until they delete it, and (d) a public page you published stays deleted, but a screenshot someone took of it is outside our control.
Rules for Your Content. You promise that:
- you own Your Content or have the right to post it, including any brand, logo, design or photograph in it;
- a photo or video shows you, your clothes, or people who agreed to appear; nobody under 13 appears in anything you post; anyone under 18 who appears is you or has their parent's permission;
- what you post follows the Community Guidelines: no nudity or sexual content, no hate, harassment or threats, no counterfeit or illegal goods, no spam, no misleading claims;
- a piece you mark as owned is real and yours; a loan you offer is yours to offer;
- a shop or affiliate link you add points to the product it says and to a shop you are allowed to link to, and follows the rules of the programme that issued it (section 7).
Feedback. If you send us ideas or suggestions about the Service, we may use them without owing you anything. This does not touch Your Content.
5. Sharing, circles, public pages and creators
Every piece in your closet has a visibility: Only me (default for new pieces unless you change it), My circle, or Everyone. Every account is private by default. What each setting means, in words:
- Only me: nobody but you (and the household account holder, for a managed closet) can see it. It is never borrowable and never appears on a public page or in a post.
- My circle: the friends you have joined by invitation can browse it in their view of your closet, see what you logged as worn, and ask to borrow it. They never see what you paid or your notes.
- Everyone: it can appear on your public pages, in posts, and on shared looks and trips, with its shop link.
- Public account: anyone can follow you and see your posts and creator page at clzt.app/u/your-handle. Your handle, display name, bio, avatar and the social links you add are public. Followers can vote on your posts.
- Shared pages (a look, a trip, a packing list) are public web pages: anyone with the link can open them without signing in, search engines and social networks may index and preview them, and they show the pieces, photos, names, shop links and, for a trip, the stops, dates and weather you chose to include. You can stop sharing at any time; the page then stops working (caches may take a short time to clear).
People you share with can share onward. Even on a private account, a friend in your circle, a follower or anyone with a link can screenshot, save or forward what you let them see, and we cannot get it back. You are responsible for what you make visible and to whom. Think before you make a piece or a trip public: a trip page says when you are away.
Polls are about outfits. A thumbs up or down on a post is a vote on the look, never on the person. Posts that invite rating people rather than clothes are removed.
6. Circles, lending and borrowing
Your circle is a group of friends you invite. Within it, people can ask to borrow pieces you have marked as borrowable, agree dates, record a hand-off and a return with a photo, and get reminders.
We are not a party to any loan. A loan is an arrangement between two people who know each other. CLZT records who asked, who agreed, the dates and the photos you take; it does not inspect, insure, ship, hold or guarantee anything. In particular:
- Condition, damage, loss and lateness are between you and your friend. We do not assess the value or condition of a piece, do not warrant its quality, cleanliness or safety, do not hold deposits, provide no protection plan, escrow or insurance, and are not liable for a piece that comes back stained, altered, late, or not at all, for a piece a borrower says never arrived, or for any injury or loss from a borrowed piece. The hand-off and return photos and the return date exist so that the two of you have a record, not as a guarantee; we can give either party a copy of the loan record on request.
- The default rule between you, unless you agree otherwise: the borrower returns the piece by the date agreed, in the condition received, allowing for normal wear and tear (minor marks, a loose thread, a stuck zip, and the like), and is responsible for loss, theft or damage beyond that; the lender is responsible for lending only what is theirs, safe to wear and honestly described. Raise a problem with each other first, quickly and in writing; if you cannot agree, we may, but are not obliged to, look at the record, and we do not decide who pays.
- No sub-lending, no side deals. A borrower may not lend, give or sell a borrowed piece to anyone else. Arrangements made outside the Service (money, deposits, swaps) are yours alone and we cannot help with them.
- What may not be lent: counterfeit goods; intimates or swimwear that have not been laundered; anything with a hidden tracker; anything a minor may not lawfully hold; anything you do not own.
- Nothing is rented for money through the Service. Circles are for friends lending to friends. If you charge for a loan, that is your own arrangement, at your own risk, and subject to your own tax and legal duties.
- Under 18: a person under 18 may lend and borrow only with a parent or guardian's permission, and the parent is responsible.
- Report abuse. If someone in your circle misuses a borrowed piece, harasses you, or behaves dishonestly, remove them from your circle and tell us at [email protected]. We may suspend accounts that abuse lending, but we do not judge disputes about clothes.
7. Shop links, affiliate links and commissions
A piece can carry a shop link (where it is sold) and, if you have one, your own affiliate link from a programme such as LTK, ShopMy, Amazon Associates or a brand's own scheme. On public pages those links appear beside a notice that reads "Paid link — CLZT and the creator earn a commission" (or, where only one of us can earn, says which), and every photo on a shared page is a link to the piece.
- Your own affiliate link is used first, as you gave it. We do not change it, wrap it or take any share of what you earn from it. You are responsible for following that programme's rules, including any rule that you must list clzt.app as a site where you place links (Amazon Associates requires this, and forbids tagged links on sites you have not listed), and any ban on placing links in certain places. We never earn through your LTK, ShopMy, Amazon or brand account, and never act as an intermediary for it.
- Links with no affiliate link of yours may be wrapped by CLZT's own affiliate network account (currently Skimlinks or Sovrn Commerce, and others we may add). The network sets a cookie in the shopper's browser so that the shop can credit a sale; if the shopper buys, we receive a commission, and under the Creator and Payout Terms we pay a published share of it to the creator whose page drove the sale. Amazon links are never wrapped or redirected by us.
- Pieces without any link may be shown with a look-alike from our catalogue ("Similar at "), found by comparing the photo with products in the catalogue, and in some cases by a web image search (Privacy Policy, section 3). A look-alike is our best guess, not the same item, and it is labelled as similar.
- Shops are not us. Every purchase is with the shop, under the shop's terms. We do not sell the products, do not handle payment, returns or delivery, and do not promise a product is genuine, in stock, or at the price shown. Prices and stock in the Service are read from shop pages and can be stale.
- Honesty about paid links. You may not remove or hide the paid-link notice on a page you share, and when you post a CLZT link elsewhere you must disclose your material connection the way the platform and the law (in the US, the FTC's Endorsement Guides) require.
- No self-dealing. Clicking or buying through your own links, or having others do so to earn a commission, incentivising clicks, using bots, or any scheme to inflate clicks or sales is prohibited and forfeits commissions.
8. Placements and other paid features
Placements. A creator with a public account can pay to have their picks (pieces marked Everyone, with a shop link) shown as suggestions to a wider reach: their circle, their city, or everyone. Placements are billed by Stripe on Stripe's page, monthly, in US dollars, and renew until cancelled; a cancelled placement runs to the end of the period paid for. A placement is a labelled suggestion, not an endorsement by us; we decide where and whether a pick is shown, do not promise any number of views or sales, and may decline or remove a pick that breaks these Terms without refund. Prices may change; a change takes effect at your next renewal.
Refunds. If you buy a placement and change your mind, email us within 7 days of the charge; if the pick has not yet been shown, we refund in full to the card you paid with. After that the period is yours to use. Where the law where you live gives you a longer right to cancel, that right applies. Disputes raised through your card provider instead of with us cost everyone more; please write first.
Future paid plans. If we add a paid plan, its price, what it includes and its renewal and refund rules will be shown before you pay, and nothing you need to pack a trip will move behind it.
Taxes. Prices exclude any sales tax or VAT that we must collect, which is shown at checkout.
9. Rules of use
You may not, and may not help anyone else to:
- use the Service if you are under 13, or if you have been removed from it;
- upload content you do not have the right to, or that breaks the Community Guidelines;
- impersonate anyone, or misrepresent who you are, your age, or your connection to a brand;
- scrape, crawl, bulk-download or index the Service, its catalogue, public pages or other people's content, whether by script, bot, browser extension or hand, or use anything from the Service to train a machine-learning model;
- use the catalogue, prices, product matches, reports or any data from the Service for a commercial purpose other than sharing your own looks and earning under the Creator and Payout Terms;
- reverse engineer, probe, or interfere with the Service, its security, its rate limits or its AI features, or send our AI features anything other than your own wardrobe, trip and style inputs;
- send spam, unsolicited invitations or promotions, or use circles, follows, polls or posts to harass, intimidate or deceive anyone;
- use another person's shared page, circle or account without permission, or try to find out who a private account belongs to;
- take part in any commission, click or vote fraud (section 7), or post links to counterfeit goods or to shops that sell them;
- use the Service for anything unlawful, or in a way that breaks a shop's, a network's or a platform's rules while presenting it as ours.
We may set and change limits (photo sizes, number of pieces, AI calls, invitations, posts) to keep the Service working for everyone.
10. Moderation, reports, suspension
- Report and block. Every post, public page, creator page and circle member can be reported to us, and you can remove anyone from your circle and unfollow anyone. Reporting is anonymous to the person reported. Until reporting is built into every screen, reports go to [email protected] with a link or screenshot; we aim to act within 24 hours on reports of illegal content or content involving minors, and within 3 days on everything else.
- What we may do. We may hide, remove or restrict any content, and warn, restrict, suspend or terminate any account, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe these Terms, the Guidelines or the law have been broken, or to protect the Service and its users. A hidden post is reviewed by a person; you may appeal once by email and a person decides. Serious illegal content is reported to the authorities where the law requires.
- Repeat infringers lose their accounts (see the Copyright Policy).
- Fraud and commissions. Suspected click or sales fraud freezes commissions pending review under the Creator and Payout Terms.
11. Your data: download and delete
You can download everything we hold about you and delete your account from the Service (Me › Your data, Me › Delete account), or by emailing [email protected]. Deleting an account removes your closet, trips, photos, posts, loans, wear log, profile and sign-in identity, within the times set out in the Privacy Policy. Records that are not about you as an individual survive: aggregate statistics, the shared catalogue's product facts (which name no one), and, for a creator, the commission ledger we must keep for tax and audit. A loan record is shared between two people; if you delete your account, your friend keeps their copy of the record with your name replaced by "a former member".
12. Intellectual property
The Service, its software, designs (Galaxy, Lookbook and Utility), text, illustrations, the outfit engine, the catalogue as a compilation, and the marks "CLZT", the stacked CL/ZT symbol and, for the time it still appears, "Closetbook" and the open-book hanger belong to CAMMY LLC or its licensors. We grant you a personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service as these Terms allow. No other rights are granted. Product photos and names in the catalogue belong to the shops and brands they describe and are shown to identify products. Copyright complaints go through the Copyright Policy.
The in-browser cut-out and matching models, and the fonts and libraries the Service loads, are used under their own licences (listed in the Service's credits page when we add one, or on request).
13. The App, Apple and Google
If you install a CLZT App from an app store, the store's standard end-user licence terms govern the App binary and these Terms govern the Service. Apple and Google are not responsible for the Service or its content and have no obligation to support it. Purchases made through an app store are subject to the store's payment and refund rules.
14. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranty about the accuracy of AI suggestions, weather, prices, stock, product matches, or the conduct of other users, shops or networks. We do not promise the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that your content, looks, loans or commissions will be preserved. The Service is in active development and may end.
15. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows: (a) neither CAMMY LLC nor its members, officers, contractors or suppliers will be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost commissions, lost data, lost goodwill, or the cost of substitute goods, however caused; (b) we are not liable for the acts or omissions of other users, shops, affiliate networks, payment providers or third-party services; and (c) our total liability for all claims relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of US $100 and the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. These limits do not apply where they cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud, gross negligence, wilful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or, for users in the EU, UK or Switzerland, any liability that consumer law does not let us limit.
16. Indemnification
You will indemnify and hold harmless CAMMY LLC and its members, officers and contractors from third-party claims, losses and reasonable legal costs arising from Your Content, your loans, your links and posts elsewhere, your breach of these Terms or of any shop's, network's or platform's rules, or your violation of law or of someone else's rights, to the extent the consumer-protection law of your residence permits.
17. Disputes: arbitration, class waiver, opt-out (United States)
Please read this section carefully. It affects your rights.
- Informal first. Before filing any claim, email [email protected] with your name, a description of the dispute and what you want; we will try to resolve it within 30 days.
- Binding individual arbitration. Any dispute not resolved informally will be finally settled by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, in the county where you live or in Miami-Dade County, Florida (or by video or phone), before a single arbitrator. The Federal Arbitration Act governs this section. We pay the filing and arbitrator fees the AAA rules assign to the business, and if you win the arbitrator may award your reasonable fees.
- Class-action waiver. Claims may be brought only individually: no class, collective, consolidated or representative actions in arbitration or court, and no jury trial. If a court finds this waiver unenforceable for a claim, that claim proceeds in court and the rest stay in arbitration.
- Small claims and injunctions. Either party may instead use small-claims court, or ask a court for an injunction to stop infringement or misuse of intellectual property, or unauthorised access.
- Mass arbitration. If 25 or more similar claims are filed with the help of the same lawyers, the AAA's rules for mass arbitrations apply and cases are heard in staged batches.
- 30-day opt-out. You may reject this arbitration section, without penalty, by emailing [email protected] with the subject "Arbitration opt-out" within 30 days of first accepting these Terms. Opting out does not affect any other part of these Terms.
- One-year deadline. Any claim must be brought within one year after it arises or it is barred, unless the law of your residence does not allow this.
If you live in the EEA, UK or Switzerland: this section 17 does not apply to you. You may bring disputes in the courts of your country of residence and you keep all the rights your local consumer law gives you. The European Commission's online dispute-resolution platform is at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr; we are not obliged to take part in alternative dispute resolution and have not opted to.
18. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, and the federal law of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except that if you live in the EEA, UK or Switzerland you also benefit from any mandatory protections of your local law. Where a claim goes to court under section 17, it goes to the state or federal courts in Miami-Dade County, Florida, and you consent to their jurisdiction, except that consumers in the EEA, UK and Switzerland may sue and be sued at home.
Notice to California users: complaints may be directed to the Complaint Assistance Unit of the Division of Consumer Services of the California Department of Consumer Affairs, 1625 North Market Blvd., Suite N 112, Sacramento, CA 95834, or (800) 952-5210 (Cal. Civ. Code §1789.3).
19. Changes, termination and the rest
- Changes. We may update these Terms. Material changes are announced in the Service at least 14 days before they take effect, except changes required by law or to address safety, which may be immediate. Continuing to use the Service after the effective date means you accept the new Terms; if you do not, stop using the Service and delete your account. Prior versions are available on request. Each change is dated at the top; we never backdate an effective date.
- Ending it. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access as section 10 describes, or with 30 days' notice for any reason; if we end the Service as a whole, we give notice where we can and a way to download your data. Sections 4 (the surviving parts), 6, 7, 11, 12 and 14 to 20 survive termination.
- Export and sanctions. You may not use the Service where US law prohibits it, or if you are on a US sanctions list.
- The rest. If any provision is unenforceable, the rest remain in effect. These Terms, with the documents they incorporate, are the entire agreement between us about the Service and replace anything said or written before. Our not enforcing a provision is not a waiver. We may assign these Terms in a merger, acquisition or sale of assets; you may not assign them. Notices to you go to the email on your account; notices to us go to the address below. Neither of us is liable for delay caused by events outside our reasonable control.
